We have an amazing group of kind volunteers who are dedicated to getting Unity Harbour up and running! Pregnant capable people are going to need a place to go, especially high risk pregnancies, that will be there with no judgement. Unity Harbour provides support and a sense of community with extradition protection.

Unity Harbour exists to provide unwavering support and transformative opportunities for individuals adversely affected by dystopian laws, with a primary focus on anti-LGBTQ legislation, abortion regulations, and homelessness.

Childcare Center and Shelter Overview: (Shelter free - 28 consecutive days)

Carmen's work has been driven by a commitment to the organization's mission of supporting vulnerable communities, including the unhoused and those seeking access to critical services. The financial compensation received has been largely to cover reimbursed expenses, with the remainder marking a small contribution toward labor costs.
Carmen's role will continue to be recognized as voluntary until the organization is financially capable of supporting paid staff positions. The approximately $1-1.50/hr she makes makes it necessary to do that.
The efforts and dedication shown thus far have been crucial to the mission's success, and future compensation will be reviewed as the organization's financial stability grows.
