Remote volunteers will have a general screening process that may involve a background check, depending on the position. Individuals interested in volunteering for roles involving direct interaction with residents or access to sensitive information may be required to undergo background checks as part of the application process. This measure helps ensure a safe and secure environment for all individuals within Unity Harbour.
